HOMEOWNER DESIGN SUPPORT
Every project starts differently.
You may already have architectural plans and need help developing the layout, material choices and Creative Stone product specifications. Or you may be starting with an outdoor space that still needs to be measured, shaped and resolved. Creative Stone works with both starting points, helping homeowners move from an initial idea or plan towards a clear, considered design and product solution.
START WITH WHERE YOUR PROJECT IS NOW
ALREADY HAVE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS:
If you already have architectural plans, Creative Stone can work from the relevant AutoCAD (.DWG) files or a dimensioned sketch of the area. An online or in-person consultation helps us understand your ideas, requirements and vision for the space before developing concept ideas and the general layout.
This can include the positioning and appropriate sizing of elements such as patios, pools, fire pits, lounge areas, planter boxes, retaining walls, water features and other hard-landscaping features. The design can then be documented in a detailed, dimensioned and annotated 2D CAD drawing.
NEED HELP DEVELOPING THE SPACE:
If you are starting without architectural plans, the process begins with an onsite consultation. We discuss your ideas and requirements, take the necessary measurements and consider the size, orientation and functionality of the space before developing concept ideas and the general layout.
The proposed design can then be documented in a detailed, dimensioned and annotated 2D CAD drawing. Both routes form part of the same Design Service. The difference is simply where your project begins.

Creative Stone offers complimentary design consultations at its showrooms and onsite. A call-out fee may apply to site visits in outlying areas, depending on location and distance from the showroom. Once the design is resolved, Creative Stone can supply and deliver the specified products.
Creative Stone does not provide project management or product installation services. Where required, suitable contractors can be recommended for construction and installation.
